Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Reporting to the District Manager, the Restaurant Manager at Del Taco is responsible for protecting and delivering the Del Taco Brand, growing sales, and maximizing restaurant efficiency and profitability by leading the Del Taco Way. The role involves fully staffing the store with quality personnel, creating a service-oriented culture, evaluating performance, and developing team members and future managers. Additionally, ensuring adherence to Del Taco standards, maintaining the facility and equipment, and delivering quality products are essential aspects of the job. Achieving or exceeding sales plans, building customer counts, executing marketing promotions, and achieving profitability targets are key responsibilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years experience in QSR industry/full-service concept; ServSafe Certified; fluent in English, Spanish is a plus; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and math skills; ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision; proven leadership abilities
