Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Del Taco LLC. The independent franchisee will be the employer responsible for all employment matters in the restaurant, including setting job requirements and making hiring decisions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3 – 5 years experience in QSR industry / full-service concept; ServSafe Certified; fluent in English, Spanish is a plus; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and math skills; ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision; proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
