Position: Receptionist job

About: This position is for a 6-week contract based in San Francisco, involving onsite work from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Employee Experience Coordinator will manage the San Francisco headquarters’ reception desk, workplace operations, event strategy, internal messaging, software systems, and general office support duties.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; can-do attitude and strong appetite for learning; experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; attention to detail and user experience focus; excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects; knowledge of email, Google docs, and cloud-based software; familiarity with Excel or Gsheets; experience with Confluence, Zendesk, and BambooHR is a plus; ability to follow defined processes and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
