About: The Human Resources Department is actively seeking to fill a Receptionist position at Rack Room Shoes and Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse. Our team aims to promote and enable a balance between the needs of our company and the needs of our people, seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Receptionist to join our small but growing team.
Requirements: High school diploma; effective communication skills, both verbal and written; proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); ability to handle confidential information; ability to effectively organize and prioritize work; experience in customer service preferred, retail experience is a plus; professional personal presentation required; punctuality and reliability are essential
