We are seeking customer-focused individuals to join us as Operations Managers, leading and developing a team of salaried and hourly talent. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance within the team, while also driving productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions. Key responsibilities include supporting, mentoring, and motivating the workforce, leading projects with a regional impact, managing safety, quality, and productivity, and collaborating with support teams to meet business objectives.
