Position: Hotel General Manager job
About: American Cruise Lines, the largest USA-flagged cruise line in the United States, is seeking Hotel General Managers for their shipboard team for the 2025 season. With a fleet of small ships providing unique experiences and newly constructed vessels added to the fleet, this is a great opportunity to join their shipboard management team.
Requirements: 3+ years of hotel or food and beverage management experience; Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management is preferred; Willingness to live and work aboard the ship; Optimism and a hardworking drive to succeed; Cruise industry experience not required; Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
