Position: Floor Manager
About: Conrad’s Crabs, a Maryland-based seafood restaurant known for providing the freshest and highest quality crabs and seafood, is seeking an exceptional Floor Manager with strong leadership and technical skills to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences in their Perry Hall location.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years prior supervisory experience in the hospitality industry; strong knowledge of food service operations; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; organization and leadership abilities
