Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center, part of the Marriott family and managed by Stonebridge Companies, is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of the hotel’s food production. The hotel offers 230 guest rooms, 6,000 square feet of event space, and dining options at the range restaurant, teller bar, and illy’s caffè.
Requirements: A 2-year, 3-year, or 4-year culinary degree and at least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; previous supervisory experience; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations
