Position: Executive Chef job

About: The Blackwell Inn, Pfahl Conference Center, and Rohr Cafe are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee and manage all culinary operations. The position focuses on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control while upholding the hotel’s mission. Responsibilities include providing strategic culinary direction for various dining areas and ensuring brand service strategies are met to enhance guest and employee satisfaction. This role is a key part of the hotel’s Leadership Team and involves collaboration with F&B Operations, menu development, staff training, and compliance with health and sanitation policies.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; 7 years of relevant experience required, 12 or more years preferred; Training from a culinary school and/or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred; 5 years full-time experience in fine dining restaurant and/or 4-diamond hotel or resort required; Strong management skills; Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
