Requirements: Highly preferred: previous hotel experience; customer service oriented; ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends; strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with guests, associates, and vendors; strong computer skills (Synergy, Nucleus, Epitome, Vision, GoConcierge, Microsoft Office)
