About: The 571 Grill, a restaurant located in an exciting metropolitan area, is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, sanitation, and adherence to all guidelines. The Chef will play a crucial role in menu development, staff training, and maintaining kitchen standards in a dynamic and fast-paced culinary environment.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant cooking and 2 years in a managerial role; minimum of 2 years of culinary degree; ServSafe2 certification; team player with strong leadership skills, dedication to quality, and knowledge of equipment maintenance; flexibility in scheduling based on business needs; able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs; proficient in costing out recipes and math skills
