Position: Assistant General Manager
About: McDonald’s is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their team. This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant, focusing on key responsibilities such as Employee Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, and ensuring high-quality restaurant performance in various areas like Kitchen, People, and Service.
Requirements: HSD or GED preferred; 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others OR US Military Service; commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace; strong customer service and support focus; ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs; capability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
