The seasonal Cook position at Truist Park offers a dynamic role for culinary professionals seeking to sharpen their skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about culinary arts and possess at least one year of experience working in a back-of-the-house foodservice role. The Cook will be expected to read and follow recipes accurately, maintain proper food storage and temperature controls, limit waste through careful inventory and portioning, and help keep the kitchen clean and well-stocked. Physical demands of the job include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for the length of the shift, and operate kitchen equipment safely.
Delaware North’s core values emphasize the importance of teamwork, personal and professional development, and a commitment to health and safety. Employees enjoy weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible team members also have access to benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental leave, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement. The seasonal Cook role is perfect for those who want to be part of a respected hospitality company that values people, inclusivity, and community, while gaining valuable experience in a state-of-the-art venue hosting major sporting events and other entertainment experiences.
