Known for its welcoming atmosphere and strong commitment to spiritual growth, CHCC has established itself as a leading faith community that supports worship, community engagement, and personal transformation. The church focuses on creating meaningful worship experiences, fostering deep relationships, and encouraging servant leadership among its members and staff. Cherry Hills Community Church is dedicated to serving not only its congregation but also the broader community through various ministries and events that inspire faith and promote unity. As a dynamic institution committed to excellence, CHCC embraces modern technologies and collaborative approaches to ministry, enabling it to meet the evolving needs of its diverse membership.

The Worship & Production Operations Manager role at Cherry Hills Community Church offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to provide operational leadership and ministry coordination within the Worship and Production departments. This position plays a critical role in translating the ministry vision of CHCC into actionable plans, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations, and supporting a wide range of worship services, rehearsals, seasonal events, and special ministry initiatives. By overseeing ministry operations, event logistics, planning processes, communication, vendor relationships, and resource stewardship, the Worship & Production Operations Manager helps create an environment where both staff and volunteers can thrive.

The role acts as the primary operational liaison for the Worship and Production ministries, working closely with various church departments, school personnel, ministry leaders, vendors, and volunteers to meet the ministry’s operational needs. Responsibilities include managing departmental calendars, coordinating schedules, planning workflows, communicating effectively with all stakeholders, handling vendor agreements, and ensuring financial stewardship.

Success in this position requires strong project management skills, the ability to anticipate and address operational challenges proactively, and a commitment to maintaining excellence in every aspect of the ministry’s work. The Worship & Production Operations Manager also champions professional and timely communication with volunteers, contract musicians, and ministry partners, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the values and mission of Cherry Hills Community Church. This role supports a variety of weekend services, rehearsals, and special events, ensuring all logistical elements are in place for seamless execution.

Additionally, the position upholds the spiritual and cultural values of CHCC, requiring active membership and a Christ-centered, servant-hearted attitude. The candidate is expected to lead by example, demonstrating humility, care, and a commitment to personal spiritual growth. While this role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities, the impact on the effectiveness and quality of the worship and production ministries is significant through collaboration and operational excellence. This is a full-time position based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, requiring occasional evening, weekend, and holiday availability. The successful candidate must be able to pass a background check and align with CHCC’s mission and values.
