Job Duties

  • Manage incoming communications including receiving and directing calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail
  • Warmly greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival, issuing visitor passes and parking validations while adhering to security protocols
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting and conference rooms including room setup, arranging catering orders, and securing necessary technological equipment
  • Request building and housekeeping services to maintain a pristine and functional environment
  • Perform general clerical duties such as distributing office faxes, processing packages, and managing office supply inventory and ordering
  • Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight, and arrange messenger services as required
  • Arrange hospitality services for guests including transportation, tickets, and reservations
  • Execute work orders, ensure meeting setups are complete, and guide high-level visitors to designated meeting rooms
  • Operate gate access and distribute badges in absence of security personnel
  • Utilize established procedures to resolve routine problems demonstrating sound judgment within defined parameters
