As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping the daily experiences of employees and guests in a designated building. The position is integral to the Workplace Experience function, responsible for providing white-glove hospitality and world-class customer service. The Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for anyone entering the facility, greeting them with warmth and professionalism while ensuring strict adherence to security protocols.
The role entails managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks such as issuing visitor and parking passes, answering phones with a professional demeanor, and coordinating recreational, dining, and business activities for clients and employees. You will also be responsible for managing janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinating essential workplace services including mail and office supplies. In addition, you will handle inquiries and complaints with tact and provide effective solutions to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will extend to organizing and managing onsite events, which involves securing event spaces, setting up and dismantling rooms, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies. Job Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality or customer service experience
- Open and flexible work schedules
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and act on instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform physical activities including walking, standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
