Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
  • Open and flexible work schedules
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos
  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor
  • Ability to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including significant walking, standing for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing or pulling
  • Frequently lift up to 40 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of job-related experience
  • Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
  • In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within job function
  • Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage warmly with diverse populations
  • Experience in front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality roles

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Record and log service requests and track the statuses
  • Provide administrative aid to management as needed
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
  • Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location
  • Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Provide solutions in a professional, customer service-driven manner
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions
  • Establish new techniques to ensure the team meets objectives
  • Impact team objectives positively
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
  • Guide team through practices and procedures
  • Work to build consensus
