Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Open and flexible work schedules
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos
- Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor
- Ability to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including significant walking, standing for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing or pulling
- Frequently lift up to 40 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of job-related experience
- Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
- In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within job function
- Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage warmly with diverse populations
- Experience in front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality roles
Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
- Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Record and log service requests and track the statuses
- Provide administrative aid to management as needed
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor
- Respond to requests in a timely manner
- Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
- Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location
- Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
- Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- Provide solutions in a professional, customer service-driven manner
- Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions
- Establish new techniques to ensure the team meets objectives
- Impact team objectives positively
- Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
- Guide team through practices and procedures
- Work to build consensus
