Deloitte is a leading global professional services firm known for delivering innovative and impactful business solutions across various industries. Their Human Capital practice is at the forefront of redefining how organizations create value in an era where human ingenuity is augmented by machine intelligence. Specialized in integrating AI automation and digital transformation, Deloitte helps its clients design work environments and organizational structures that maximize both human potential and overall business performance.
As technology accelerates, Deloitte's Human Capital practice emphasizes that true transformation arises not solely from technology but from the synergy between humans and machines. The mission focuses on enhancing work for humans and enhancing human capabilities alongside technological tools. They aim to unlock lasting enterprise value through purposeful work and organization design, human-centered strategic planning, and AI-enabled execution.
This role is for a Senior Manager on the Organization, Workforce & Change team. The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional teams in designing workforce and organizational strategies that harmonize human capabilities, machine capacities, and business objectives in AI-powered environments. This role requires advising clients on aligning workforce and organization strategies with enterprise goals, growth plans, and technology-driven transformation initiatives.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for designing jobs, restructuring operating models, driving leadership alignment, and enabling sustainable behavioral change. They will also conduct analyses and scenario modeling to develop workforce-related hypotheses, translating complex information into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. This position involves solving intricate client problems by leveraging proven methodologies, frameworks, and reusable assets. A critical aspect of the role is to serve as a trusted advisor on workforce strategy and planning, skills strategy, AI impact assessments, organizational design, job architecture, compensation strategy, and change management. By doing so, the Senior Manager helps organizations unlock their true performance potential.
Additionally, the role involves contributing to the growth of the practice through business development, solution development, thought leadership, and mentoring junior practitioners. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within teams. They should demonstrate strong communication skills, meticulous attention to quality, and the capacity to manage professional relationships and lead projects effectively. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the commitment to delivering excellent client service are vital.
The Organization, Workforce & Change practice within Deloitte specializes in shaping leading-edge strategies and driving workforce, work, and organizational design across process, data, and technology domains. The team harnesses data-driven insights and operational excellence, collaborating globally to develop effective people-centered solutions that help clients scale their human edge—the unique blend of creativity, empathy, and judgement amplified by intelligent tech.
Working closely with business and HR leaders, the practice reimagines organizational structure, work processes, and workforce development. Their work spans managing AI adoption, business transformation, workforce strategy, and skills development. The team’s approach is characterized by rigor, creativity, and a deep commitment to making lasting impacts for clients.
The wage range for this Senior Manager role reflects various factors such as skill sets, experience, certifications, and organizational needs, estimated between $180,200 to $355,100. The role may also include eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program tied to individual and organizational performance. The recruitment for this role closes on September 26, 2026.
