This part-time position at Hersheypark Camping Resort plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that the resort is applauded for. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the thorough cleaning of bathhouses, cabins, and both interior and exterior public spaces within the campground. This includes operating various cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively. Additional duties consist of collecting trash around cabins and sites, cleaning fire pits, doing dishes and laundry, and assisting in guest site escorts when needed by the front desk team.

The ideal candidate for this role must be detail-oriented and well-organized, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize various assignments efficiently. This position requires a friendly, upbeat attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with other employees while also interacting positively with guests in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and able to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 60 pounds.

Workampers additionally receive an hourly wage plus a full hookup site with 50 AMP electrical service, water, sewer, cable, WiFi, and other exclusive company benefits. A seasonal bonus is also provided upon the successful completion of the full term of the contract.
