Job Description
McClintock & Southern is a prominent franchisee of Wingstop, proudly recognized as the largest Wingstop franchise operator in the United States. They own and manage over 100 Wingstop restaurant locations spread strategically across South Texas, Phoenix, Tucson, New Mexico, Kansas, and Missouri, with continual growth in new markets. This established company has earned notable recognition, including being featured in the August 2020 edition of Franchise Times Restaurant 200, ranking among the biggest franchise owners nationwide. Their commitment to excellence and expansive footprint make them a key player in the quick-service restaurant industry, particularly specializing in premium chicken wings and flavorful dining experiences.
Wingstop, founded in 1994 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is dedicated to serving high-quality, fresh, and bold flavors through their iconic menu of classic wings, boneless wings, and tenders. All items are made to order, hand-sauced, and tossed in one of their 11 distinctive, bold flavors. Alongside wings, Wingstop offers signature sides such as fresh-cut seasoned fries and freshly made ranch and bleu cheese dips, which contribute to a complete, satisfying meal experience. The restaurant maintains a customer-focused mindset, emphasizing an unparalleled guest experience with quick service and quality food.
The new store opening at McClintock & Southern brings exciting opportunities for individuals seeking to advance their careers in the fast-paced food service industry. This position is ideal for team-oriented candidates who thrive in dynamic environments that encourage hands-on involvement and collaboration. The company offers comprehensive career advancement prospects, ongoing leadership and development training, and a supportive workplace culture that values every employee. Employees benefit from a rotating schedule, ensuring varied and engaging work hours, plus the advantage of free meals during shifts and uniforms provided after one year of service.
McClintock & Southern’s dedication to their employees is demonstrated through competitive compensation policies, including bi-monthly raises that reward performance and commitment. The store operates without curbside service or drive-thru options, focusing on a traditional, fast-casual dining experience that reinforces quality and customer interaction. The business also offers a considerate holiday schedule by closing on major holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter, allowing employees to spend meaningful time with family.
This role is perfect for driven individuals seeking a career in food service who value stability, growth, and a vibrant work environment. McClintock & Southern provides the tools and environment necessary for success, making them a leader not just in wing cuisine but also in employee satisfaction and career development. Prospective team members have the unique advantage of joining a large yet community-oriented franchise that emphasizes both customer excellence and employee well-being. In-person interviews are currently being scheduled, making it the perfect time to step into a rewarding role with a nationally recognized and rapidly expanding franchise.
