Our company is a New York/New Jersey-based wine importer and distributor that proudly represents over 70 family-owned wineries from some of the world’s most celebrated wine regions, including Spain, Italy, France, Chile, Argentina, and the United States. We are passionate about wine that comes from a spirit of adventure, exploration, and happy accidents. Unlike many traditional wine companies, we reject the rigid, formal conventions that can surround winemaking and wine drinking. Instead, we embrace a sense of fun and approachability, believing that wine is ultimately meant for enjoyment — something to be savored with food, friends, and family. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Wine Sales Professional to join our young, dynamic team in the NYC/Brooklyn territory. This role involves managing existing accounts while actively contributing to the continued growth of the company through new business development. Ideal candidates are self-managed and honest individuals who bring a genuine enthusiasm for wine and excellent customer service skills. While previous experience in wine sales and an existing network of industry contacts is highly valuable, it is not a strict requirement. We are open to candidates who may not have directly sold wine before but believe they possess the necessary skills and are excited by the challenge.

Strong knowledge of all major wine regions is essential, especially expertise in Italian, French, and Spanish wines, which make up a significant part of our portfolio. Physical ability is also important, as the role requires the capacity to carry and lift items weighing up to 45 pounds, as well as the willingness to bend, sit, and walk during sales visits and events. Familiarity with computer systems and willingness to learn new platforms will help ensure efficient account management and sales tracking.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to carry/lift up to 45 pounds
  • Proven sales experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of wine regions

  • Willingness to travel within the territory
