Job Requirements
- at least 21 years of age
- experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
- comfort discussing wine and benefits of the wine club with guests
- passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- arrive prepared and stay sharp to guide guests with knowledge about food, wine, and retail offerings
- maintain a clean and stocked station
- restock product displays and assist with carryout orders
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
- greet guests warmly and answer questions about wine, food, and the Wine Club
- build genuine relationships with guests to enhance their visit
- promote special retail items and introduce tastings to elevate the guest experience
