Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work alternating shifts
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
- Ability to meet qualitative productivity standards consistently
- Commitment to upholding ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required
- Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and phone etiquette
- Flexibility when working alternating shifts
- Ability to embody and impart Loren’s unique culture to all associates
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
Job Duties
- Greet all guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor and serve as the primary host for the Aperi experience
- Assist guests in selecting wines by offering knowledgeable recommendations and guiding them toward bottles that suit their preferences
- Process guest purchases through the point-of-sale system and ensure all transactions are handled accurately
- Open and present wine bottles to guests and provide the appropriate number of glasses for the group
- Offer and sell food items including charcuterie and other Aperi menu offerings
- Maintain the presentation and organization of the Aperi service area, ensuring wine displays, glassware, and service stations remain clean and well stocked
- Communicate with banquet and hotel leadership regarding guest needs, inventory concerns, or operational issues
- Thank guests as they depart and ensure they leave with a positive and memorable experience
- Perform other duties as requested by leadership
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
