The role of the Wine and Restaurant Manager at Fleming's is pivotal in delivering the promise of a memorable dining celebration centered on exquisite food, fine wine, and attentive service. Responsibilities include maintaining a fully staffed and high-performing restaurant department by developing and holding associates accountable in a constructive manner. The manager also implements effective security protocols to ensure a safe environment for both employees and guests. They drive restaurant results by managing the beverage department's profit and loss, developing sales initiatives, increasing profitability, expanding guest counts, and providing extensive training to associates. Additionally, the manager ensures the presentation and preparation of food and beverages adhere to Fleming’s high standards.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of polished casual or fine dining experience
- Minimum of 3 years of salaried management experience
- Minimum of 2 years managing a wine and beverage program in a high-volume environment
- Strong wine and beverage training experience
- Level I sommelier preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred
Job Qualifications
