Beyond greeting and seating guests, the host maintains the cleanliness and organization of the foyer, host station, and waiting area, ensuring menus are well-stocked and restrooms are clean and welcoming. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to frequently reach, bend, and stoop, as well as lift up to 50 pounds. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary to perform effectively in this role, and successful completion of the Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification program is mandatory in compliance with state statutes and company policies.
