The position is for a Crew Member responsible for providing outstanding guest service and courtesy, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive impression characterized as "wow!" service. The role includes greeting customers, managing orders accurately and efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining and serving areas. Crew Members are expected to be knowledgeable about the menu, assist customers with product questions, suggest additional items to enhance their experience, and handle payments promptly. This team member also assists in food preparation by staging raw food stock appropriately and ensuring the timely assembly of food items.

Aside from customer interaction, employees in this position are involved in practical tasks such as serving beverages and desserts and ensuring the flow of customers is maintained by staging customers in the serpentine area. This role does not include supervisory responsibilities but offers valuable experience for those looking to develop skills in customer service, food handling, and restaurant operations. The work environment is moderately noisy, and employees should be comfortable working around kitchen equipment that produces heat and cooking oils. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet the customer
  • suggestive sale and answer questions about products
