The Welcome Center Representative also facilitates the sales of additional services and tickets, such as Busch Gardens and Scuppers tickets, aimed at enriching guests' vacations and driving revenue for the company. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail are required to address customer inquiries, handle special needs, manage no-shows or rescheduling, and ensure a warm and professional greeting for all arriving guests.

This position offers a flexible open availability schedule with hours from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM, including weekends and holidays, emphasizing the company’s dedication to meeting guest needs during peak times. The company provides a competitive benefits package that includes 401(k), dental, vision, and health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts, among other incentives, fostering a supportive work environment for its employees.

Overall, the Welcome Center Representative role offers a compelling opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
