The role offered is for a Concierge, a key position within the Provincial Senior Living community. This position is essential in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting residents, guests, and team members, attending to various administrative and communication duties, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations at the community level. The Concierge serves as a first point of contact, handling telephone answering and reception duties, directing inquiries, managing messages efficiently, and assisting with appointment scheduling for residents and family members. The role requires maintaining detailed logs and records, preparing meal tickets, coordinating mail distribution, and ensuring the front desk and entry area are organized and presentable. - updates resident phone list and related registers daily
- manages appointments for residents and family members
- maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- organizes and distributes mail
- maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- maintains adherence to company policies
- performs other assigned duties
