Recognized as a Great Place to Work from 2022 through 2026, Provincial Senior Living offers a workplace environment where purpose and culture merge to create meaningful work and extraordinary career paths. The company places a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development opportunities designed to support team members’ growth and help them build fulfilling, purpose-rich careers.
Provincial Senior Living is currently seeking a Concierge to join their community team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service by greeting guests, residents, and employees warmly, managing both internal and external communication channels, and delivering accurate information of a general nature. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact within the community, responsible for executing telephone answering and reception duties, taking and effectively communicating messages, as well as assisting visitors and residents with their inquiries and directions. Additional responsibilities include supporting the marketing department by collating brochures, preparing meal tickets, maintaining and updating various resident logs and registers, managing appointments for residents’ needs such as hairdresser visits or transportation arrangements, and sustaining the organization and cleanliness of the front desk and entry areas.
This role requires a reliable individual who can maintain adherence to all company policies and contribute positively to the community’s atmosphere through excellent customer service and operational support. The position offers competitive wages, flexible scheduling options that accommodate both full-time and part-time hours, paid time off along with holidays for full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package inclusive of health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances. Additionally, Provincials’ team members enjoy employer-matched 401(k) plans, paid training, advancement opportunities, company-provided meals, uniforms, and access to an Employee Assistance Program. This role not only promises a rewarding career opportunity but also affords a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors within a nurturing environment that values its employees and encourages their professional and personal development.
