Job Duties

- Anticipate member needs before they arise and monitor high-value grocery deliveries to preemptively address delays
- Serve as an expert on all Walmart Plus benefits including fuel rewards, Paramount Plus streaming integrations, and early-access sales
- Gather valuable feedback from premium members and synthesize it into actionable reports for corporate strategy teams
- Act as a dedicated account manager resolving complex inquiries with elegance and proactive hospitality
- Ensure emergency grocery deliveries arrive on time and manage exclusive digital streaming benefits
- Educate members on how to maximize their subscriptions and promote a frictionless, white-glove experience
