Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical solving skills
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
- Must be criminally cleared
- Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
- This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping most of the day
- Able to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Be the first face of the community by welcoming visitors and providing exceptional customer service
- Answer questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees in person or by telephone
- Assist the administrative team with assigned tasks
- Ensure that phone calls are answered timely and professionally
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Handle physical tasks including lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds
- Perform duties involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the workday
