Job Requirements
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Ability to work part-time or full-time
- Willingness to walk in for interviews Monday to Thursday from 2 00pm to 4 00pm
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member
- Basic knowledge of hospitality and customer service
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required
- Ability to work as a team and possess a dynamic personality
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
- Maintain cleanliness of dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and floor
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, hosts, and managers to ensure great customer service
- Work collaboratively with the team to support restaurant operations
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
- Ensure availability to work weekends and some holidays
