We are currently seeking Back Servers to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. While prior restaurant experience is appreciated, it is not a necessity. More important is a dynamic personality and the ability to work collaboratively with teammates to ensure every guest’s experience exceeds expectations.

In this role, Back Servers are essential to maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. You will be responsible for assisting servers by providing excellent service, including setting and clearing tables, ensuring the cleanliness of the dining environment, and responding promptly to guest and team needs. Your role goes beyond simply clearing dishes; it encompasses creating an inviting dining atmosphere that reflects the high standards and warm hospitality The Henry is known for.

This position offers flexible scheduling options with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Interviews are conducted on a walk-in basis from Monday to Thursday between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, making it convenient for candidates to meet with a manager and discuss their fit for the role.
