The Weekend Concierge plays a pivotal role at Manor on 1st by serving as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, families, and prospective residents during weekend hours. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
- answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- greet prospective residents and notify the appropriate staff member of their arrival
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- manage visitor sign-in procedures
- accept deliveries and notify staff of package arrivals
- monitor the front entrance and support community security
- provide information and assistance to residents and visitors
- assist with filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and general office duties
- prepare welcome packets and marketing materials
- support community events and resident activities when needed
- communicate concerns promptly to management
- provide weekday coverage as needed for vacations, appointments, or staffing shortages
- perform additional administrative duties assigned by the executive director
