The company is currently looking to hire a Concierge to work weekends from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the community’s front desk services and serves as the initial point of contact for residents and visitors alike. The Concierge is responsible for greeting and assisting residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner while managing various clerical duties essential to daily operations. The Concierge's duties include managing the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors, handling incoming phone calls, informing residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries, and accommodating requests for assistance by either directly helping or directing residents to appropriate personnel. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of related experience, be CPR certified, and possess at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
