The LifeCafe Staff role is a key position responsible for the swift and precise execution of menu items according to established recipes and speed of service standards. Staff members deliver top-notch customer service by responding promptly and courteously to member inquiries, offering food and beverage suggestions to enhance the overall experience. This position requires working efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, including handling espresso drink orders and maintaining a sanitized workstation throughout shifts. The role demands physical stamina to stand and move around the Cafe for extended periods and the ability to lift items regularly. LifeCafe Staff are required to obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of employment, reflecting the company's emphasis on safety and preparedness. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

- Experience in food service or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
