Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of catering sales, event sales, or related hospitality experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to lift chairs, move tables, and assist with banquet set-up and tear-down
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Positive attitude with problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • 2+ years of catering sales, event sales, or hospitality experience preferred
  • college degree is a bonus
  • Outstanding verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for sales, weddings, and the hospitality industry
  • Eager to join a collaborative and effective team

Job Duties

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets, converting leads into happy couples, and utilizing effective upselling strategies
  • Build strong connections with couples, guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and care
  • Manage weddings and events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Keep precise records of event details, contracts, and administrative documents using Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Tackle challenges quickly and with a positive attitude to uphold our commitment to excellence
  • Inspire and motivate event staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure events run seamlessly
