This full-time, benefits-eligible position is located on-site in Black Forest, Colorado, and offers a competitive hourly pay rate between $27.80 and $31.93, in addition to a quarterly bonus opportunity of $2,500. The Catering Sales Manager plays a multifaceted and integral part in driving sales growth and delivering excellent client experiences from the initial inquiry through to the flawless execution of wedding events. Responsibilities include motivating and inspiring event staff, managing administrative records using tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and handling challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, particularly through customer-focused upselling strategies and strong relationship building with engaged couples. Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of catering sales, event sales, or related hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to lift chairs, move tables, and assist with banquet set-up and tear-down
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Positive attitude with problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction
- 2+ years of catering sales, event sales, or hospitality experience preferred
- college degree is a bonus
- Outstanding verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for sales, weddings, and the hospitality industry
