must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner
must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented
must have reliable transportation
must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs

Job Duties

create wedding timelines for couples
be an advocate for the couple keeping them calm under pressure and assisting with any issues
oversee ceremony and reception setup
execute all day-of operations including venue management from start to teardown
greet and direct all vendors
communicate with vendors regarding setups
set up seating cards menu cards table numbers favors guest book and other decor
assist wedding party and family with needs questions or concerns
ensure end of event arrangements for gifts guest book toasting flutes
