- Minimum two years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain a calm and solutions-focused demeanor onsite
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors and event details
- Knowledge of wedding day logistics and timelines
Job Duties
- Attend final details calls with clients approximately six weeks prior to the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations
- Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal on the day prior to the wedding
- Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite, maintaining a calm, solutions-focused presence
- Oversee ceremony and reception setup in alignment with the event design and execution playbook
- Manage full wedding day execution from initial vendor arrival through final breakdown
- Greet, direct, and act as the main point of contact for all vendors
- Coordinate and assist with placement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest book, and decor elements
