Job Requirements

  • Ability to work weekends
  • Must have two years experience as a wedding planner or event planner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to carry and lift 30 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to maintain a calm and solutions-focused demeanor onsite
  • Experience coordinating multiple vendors and event details
  • Knowledge of wedding day logistics and timelines

Job Duties

  • Attend final details calls with clients approximately six weeks prior to the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations
  • Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal on the day prior to the wedding
  • Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite, maintaining a calm, solutions-focused presence
  • Oversee ceremony and reception setup in alignment with the event design and execution playbook
  • Manage full wedding day execution from initial vendor arrival through final breakdown
  • Greet, direct, and act as the main point of contact for all vendors
  • Coordinate and assist with placement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest book, and decor elements
