Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in wedding and special events planning and execution
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of weddings and special events from initial inquiry to event execution
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget
- Conduct site visits and provide guidance on event setup, decor, and design
- Create detailed event timelines and manage event budgets
- Coordinate with various departments including catering, banquet, audiovisual to ensure seamless execution of events
- Oversee event setup including seating arrangements, decor, and audiovisual requirements
- Supervise event staff and external vendors to ensure exceptional service and adherence to event timelines
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and on the event day
