Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits prior to scheduling
  • availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • minimum of one-year previous serving experience in food and beverage
  • must have physical stamina to lift moderate weight and stand for long periods
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • confidence in menu and beverage knowledge
  • knowledge of POS and reservation systems
  • ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues
