Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Background consisting of bartending experience
- Completion of alcohol awareness and safety class if required by state and local law
- State-certified proper food handling certification if required
- Ability to work in a seasonal position
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Bartending experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Alcohol awareness and safety certification preferred
- State-certified food handling certification preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant, bar, lounge, hotel, or resort environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and responsive bartending service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol service laws
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Actively participate as a team member following Kalahari Promise core values
- Promote a safe and enjoyable environment for guests
- Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
