The role of Warehouse Technician is based in Concord, North Carolina, home to a strong manufacturing and industrial community within the Queen City metropolitan area. This position is vital within the warehouse operations, supporting both inbound and outbound material flow with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and accuracy. The role engages in the thorough management of inventory, production materials, and finished products by performing tasks encompassing receiving, shipping, loading and unloading trucks, and interacting with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to maintain accurate tracking information. The incumbent is directly accountable to the Warehouse Manager and operates within a collaborative team environment, with no direct supervision responsibilities.

Precision and reliability in logistical processes are paramount in this role, as the Warehouse Technician will utilize powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jacks and must meet necessary regulatory requirements, including passing forklift safety tests and Department of Transportation physical exams for commercial vehicle operation.
