The role of Warehouse Supervisor at C&S Wholesale Grocers involves dynamic and pivotal responsibilities within a fast-paced and safety-focused warehouse environment. Key operational goals revolve around maintaining high levels of safety, retention, productivity, budget management, and quality control, including shrink reduction.

The supervisor is tasked with managing and guiding a team of warehouse associates, ensuring they adhere to quality, safety, and sanitation standards. This role also involves collaborating closely with shift managers to develop and execute employee performance development plans aimed at fostering coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement among staff. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, voice recognition technologies, inventory control, and labor management are beneficial assets.
