We are currently seeking Warehouse Selectors to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role is critical to the seamless operation of our warehouse logistics, ensuring customer orders are accurately selected, packaged, and prepared for distribution. The Warehouse Selector position offers a starting hourly wage of $18.27 with opportunities for incentive pay, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding hard work and productivity. The schedule is primarily night shifts on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30 pm to 5:00 am or until all work is completed, providing a stable and consistent working timeframe.
In this role, Warehouse Selectors are responsible for safely and accurately selecting customer orders using order selection software and equipment. They are expected to build and wrap pallets that meet strict productivity and accuracy standards, perform pre-shift equipment checks, and operate electric pallet jacks safely. The work environment spans a range of temperatures, from sub-zero cold storage to warmer warehouse areas, and involves physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20 to over 80 pounds repetitively. The role demands endurance and attention to detail to verify product quality and ensure damage-free items are shipped.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, including Sundays and potentially weekends or holidays
- Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ pounds repetitively
- Experience in physically demanding or high endurance roles within the past 6 months preferred
- Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Recent experience in physically demanding roles or high endurance activities
- Experience in warehouse order selection preferred
- Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed
Job Duties
- Safely and accurately select customer orders
- Build and wrap pallets to meet standards for productivity and accuracy
- Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate electric pallet jack
- Move products from racks to pallets using order selection software and equipment
- Validate product selection and ensure products are damage free
- Deliver products to correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders
- Maintain clean aisles by clearing debris, stacking empty pallets, and returning pallet jacks to charging area
