ABM is currently hiring for a Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner at their facility located at 10601 38th St, Kenosha, WI 53144. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety within the assigned buildings and facilities. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $16.50 to $17.50, with the exact rate depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and how well these align with market data. Work shifts are structured as 10-hour shifts over four-day workweeks, with both day and night shifts available depending on availability. The role entails operating specialized cleaning equipment and handling cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently, as well as performing general janitorial duties to support the smooth operation of the facilities.

In this role, candidates will be expected to clean and maintain sanitation standards by meticulously cleaning restrooms, servicing and restocking supplies, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors, and cleaning interior surfaces such as glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions. Additional responsibilities include moving furniture, equipment, and other items to properly clean areas, collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables, wiping down furniture and equipment, and adhering strictly to safety, security, compliance, and quality standards required by the company and regulatory bodies. The Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner will also need to report any facility issues or repair needs and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and supervisors to ensure that all cleaning operations contribute positively to the environment and safety of the facility.
