This job opportunity is for motivated and hardworking individuals to join Uline's warehouse team. The roles available are Warehouse Associate positions for both day and night shifts, with pay rates ranging from $26 to $36 per hour based on the shift and position. The day shift offers pay from $26 to $32 per hour, working Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, with additional overtime opportunities. The night shift pays from $30 to $36 per hour, including a $4 shift differential, working Sunday through Thursday from 9:30 PM to 6 AM, also with overtime available. These are full-time positions based on-site at Uline’s Kenosha, WI location.

The warehouse associates play a critical role in maintaining smooth operations by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, handling shipments, and organizing inventory. Day shift responsibilities include picking customer orders for same day shipping, loading outbound trailers, and unloading incoming shipments while ensuring accuracy and quality. Night shift associates focus on unloading shipments, using forklifts and powered industrial trucks to replenish products stored on racks, and preparing workspaces for the next day’s operations. Safety and physical endurance are essential, as employees are frequently required to move packages weighing between 50 to 70 pounds and work on equipment at heights up to 30 feet.

Applicants must be proficient in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies effectively. While translation assistance is not provided at the hiring event, registration is encouraged though walk-ins are welcome.
