The Warehouse Custodian / Janitor - Nights position at the Allentown, PA branch plays a crucial role in upholding the company's high standards of cleanliness and organization. This is a night shift role, operating Sunday through Thursday from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, and offers competitive pay ranging from $22 to $27 per hour with a $2 shift differential. As a Night Shift Custodian at Uline, you will be responsible for performing a variety of custodial and janitorial duties that ensure the warehouse environment remains safe, clean, and orderly. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting racks, and conducting interior and exterior building maintenance. You will also manage trash removal and box scraps using a compactor, operate a floor scrubber, and assist in special projects that require general labor support. The role requires moving packages up to 50-70 pounds frequently, emphasizing the physical nature of the job.
