The Warehouse Custodian / Janitor position at the Wisconsin Distribution Center offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who care deeply about cleanliness and organization. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with no night or weekend shifts, providing a balanced work schedule. The pay starts from $23 to $25 per hour and presents significant growth and earning potential. As a Warehouse Custodian, you will play a critical role in maintaining the facility's cleanliness and order by performing sweeping, mopping, dusting racks, and both interior and exterior building maintenance. You will handle trash removal, box scraps processing with a compactor, and operate floor scrubbers and other equipment, either electric or propane powered. Additionally, this role includes assisting in special projects and performing general labor to support operational needs as they arise. This job is ideal for candidates who have experience in custodial or cleaning roles and possess a strong attention to detail, as well as the physical capability to move packages weighing up to 70 pounds regularly.
