The Warehouse Custodian / Janitor position at Uline's Wisconsin Distribution Center offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cleanliness and organization. This role is vital in maintaining the spotless and orderly environment that characterizes Uline's warehouses. The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with no night or weekend shifts, providing a balanced work schedule. Compensation ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, reflecting the value Uline places on this role, along with significant growth and earning potential.
As a Warehouse Custodian / Janitor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse facility. Operating specialized equipment such as electric or propane floor scrubbers and compactors is a key part of the role, facilitating efficient cleaning and waste management. Additionally, you will assist in special projects and general labor tasks to support overall warehouse operations.
Uline’s commitment extends beyond just the workspace to the well-being of its employees, offering comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) plan with an employer match starting day one, multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, and generous paid time off. The company also invests in professional development through its Tuition Assistance Program, helping employees enhance their skills and career prospects.
Working at Uline means being part of a drug-free environment that values diversity and inclusion, complying with all EEO/AA guidelines. New hires must undergo a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening, and all positions require on-site presence, reflecting Uline's dedication to maintaining a safe and collaborative workplace.
Beyond the professional benefits, employees enjoy access to top-tier amenities such as a first-class fitness center with complimentary personal trainers, beautifully maintained walking trails stretching over four miles, and state-of-the-art, clean, and modern facilities. This role offers an ideal work environment for those who thrive in organized and well-maintained settings, and who are looking to grow with a reputable and supportive company like Uline.
