The role of Warehouse Custodian / Janitor at Uline focuses on maintaining world-class facilities that help support the company’s operation requirements. This position is essential in ensuring that the warehouses remain clean, orderly, and safe for all employees and visitors. The shift is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a consistent work schedule that supports work-life balance. As a custodian, you will perform essential maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting racks, and both interior and exterior building maintenance. You will be responsible for trash removal and managing box scraps with a compactor, contributing to sustainable waste management practices.

In this role, operating floor scrubbers—either electric or propane-powered—and other cleaning equipment is a significant part of daily duties. Additionally, the custodian may assist with special projects and general labor tasks to support broader operational needs.
